Therapy Fees
All sessions are 50 minutes, online via Zoom.
$100 for the first session.
$150 for further sessions.
If the fee is a barrier, let me know. I offer some short-term sliding scale options.
Payment via e-transfer.
Training & Approach
I offer Relational, Psychodynamic, Somatic Informed Psychotherapy to Individuals aged 18+.

You have a right to keep your information confidential.
Before our first session I’ll provide a therapeutic agreement, which outlines my professional responsibilities. We’ll talk about this together during the first session, before moving forward with any therapy.
As a licensed healthcare professional: I am bound to report on the items below. To ensure the safety and care of the people i work with.
There is a Duty to Report under the Child and Family Services Act
a) if a client reports physical or sexual abuse of a child.
b) If a client is in danger of being seriously hurt or is likely to seriously hurt someone else,
c) If a client threatens serious physical harm to themself or to someone else.
d) If a client reports serious misconduct of any registered health professional.
e) If a client’s file is subpoenaed by the Courts.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel. I ask for 48 hours notice prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
Missed appointments will also result in a charge for the session.
On the rare occasion i might need to cancel or re-schedule a session, I’ll provide as much notice as possible, and offer an alternative time to meet.
Administrative Fees
I charge an administrative fee for file requests, summary report writing and any administrative requests from either the client or third parties. Please enquire for the current fee.
License to Practice
I am a licensed Registered Psychotherapist, RP #13503 through the College of Registered Psychotherapists Ontario. I abide by their code of ethics & Professional Practice standards.
I am a member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. I offer virtual psychotherapy services in Ontario.

I do not provide crisis services.
